About the role
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Comecer industrial equipment at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada.
- Provide remote technical support (Help Desk Level 1 & 2) via phone and online platforms.
- Use internal FUSION software to manage service tickets and documentation.
- Execute service visits based on instructions from the Service Planner; create work reports and update records.
- Diagnose equipment issues and communicate solutions to customers clearly.
- Provide expert support for controls-related issues, especially Siemens and Rockwell PLC/HMI systems.
- Ship/receive customer orders, stock shipments, and installation equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and proactively adjust stock levels.
- Organize and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Promote and negotiate maintenance packages, service contracts, and spare parts kits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Industrial Technical diploma (Mechanical/Electrical emphasis) or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Siemens and Rockwell PLC/HMI programming and debugging.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate tools and interfaces.
- Solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with automation systems and customer-facing technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
