About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute engineering projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineers on all designs to foster consistent designs and follow good manufacturing practices.
- Research, plan, develop and design fabricated and purchased components.
- Create necessary production drawings.
- Work within the ERP system to release Engineering Information to Manufacturing.
- Support the Fabrication and Assembly departments in troubleshooting.
- Travel to jobsites when required to gather necessary information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficient SolidWorks Skills
- Proficient 2D CAD Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Fundamental Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Minimum of 3 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in automation or manufacturing.
