About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and direct supervision of permanent engineering team members
Drive performance of the team to achieve team, project and division goals
Provide project supervision for temporary team members and contractors
Provide administrative duties for the assigned engineering team
Set and maintain team goals in keeping with company objectives
Direct supervision of Engineering Team members
Track individual KPI’s and metrics based on data
Prepare and monitor workload schedules for project teams
Assign work and provide technical direction to team members
Participate in internal and customer design reviews, installations, and service calls when needed
Problem-solve with Project Team, debug machine issues, and update all appropriate documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in engineering, engineering related field or equivalent experience
Greater than five (5) years of automation experience
Proficient user of computer programs such as Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Project.
