About the role
- Own and deliver US sales bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
- Develop and execute the US commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Lead complex CAPEX sales negotiations including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
- Drive market diversification and new customer development.
- Grow After Sales business including service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with global engineering, project management, and service teams.
- Monitor financial performance, margins, and commercial risk.
- Provide regular performance reporting and KPI tracking.
- Lead and develop commercial and service resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years B2B capital equipment sales experience, preferably in food and beverage.
- Proven CAPEX sales leadership background.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and financial skills.
- Experience in international, matrix organizations.
