About the role

  • Provide leadership for division financial performance, ensuring achievement of approved fiscal plans (revenue, EBIT, cash flow, on time delivery, margin, inventory turns)
  • Own division risk management, including financial, legal, safety, employee, operational, and business continuity risks
  • Ensure 100% governance and compliance with: ATS corporate policies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Lead and develop finance team members through documented development plans, coaching, and succession planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred
  • Minimum 7 + years of progressive experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, and financial leadership
  • Experience in project‑based accounting (Percentage of Completion)
  • Exposure to international entities , FX, consolidation, and transfer pricing
  • Experience in a public company and/or SOX‑controlled environment preferred
  • Strong ERP experience (Global Shop Solutions, OneStream, or similar preferred)
