About the role
- Support and active participation in budgeting and forecasting
- Support the finance team with month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with controllers and accountants of subsidiaries to review and reconcile intercompany balances
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform required financial analyses for department heads and the head of finance using ERP systems, providing insights into financial performance to ensure management can make effective decisions
- Various financial projects and analyses as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Ability to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
- Very good command of English is an advantage
