About the role
- As a Project Engineer, you independently manage small to medium-sized projects or are responsible for subprojects
- Responsible for project management, overseeing the entire project
- Preparation of necessary cost estimates and proposals within the scope of projects
- Coordination of the project team depending on project size
- Training of the project team and development of their technical expertise
- Serve as a competent point of contact for our clients
- Participation in lessons learned processes
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a technical field such as Automation Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Technical skills: control and automation systems from Siemens, ABB, Emerson, HIMA
- Experience with process engineering plants and equipment
- Knowledge of data management systems across the automation pyramid
- Project management skills
- Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented working style
- Customer-oriented with a service mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills and confident presence
- Willingness to travel as required by project assignments
- Very good German language skills and good English skills
