About the role
- Support in the planning and implementation of automation projects
- Engineering of electrical/instrumentation and control systems (concepts, basic and detailed design)
- Design and sizing of process control systems as well as software development
- Drafting technical specifications and planning documents (functional specifications, wiring/circuit diagrams, etc.)
- Selection of measurement principles and sizing of I&C sensors and actuators
- Installation and supervision of electrical/instrumentation and control systems, as well as commissioning support
- Technical consulting and customer support.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or completed training as a technician/master (m/f/d) in electrical or automation engineering
- Some experience in automation of process engineering plants is a plus
- Prior knowledge in planning and specification of I&C equipment, electrical switchgear and controllers and/or programming of process control systems
- Independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working within a project team
- Self-initiative, resilience, hands-on mentality, team spirit, as well as strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Good German and English skills, and proficiency in MS Office
