About the role
- You will actively participate in our HR team as part of your internship
- Support exciting HR processes, recruiting topics and ongoing HR and recruiting projects
- Gain comprehensive insights into operational and strategic HR management
- Support the recruiting team with daily tasks and projects
- Assist in the organization, planning and execution of HR and recruiting activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, career fairs)
- Help prepare employment contracts as well as interim and final employment references/certificates
- Support the coordination of interviews
- Actively contribute to active sourcing and accompany the recruiting process from job posting to hire
- Take on administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
- Support the maintenance of applicant and HR data and assist with the documentation and preparation of HR and recruiting metrics
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
- Ideally, first practical experience in operational HR
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- High level of commitment and an independent, goal-oriented, structured way of working
- Team player with reliability and strong communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
