About the role

  • You will actively participate in our HR team as part of your internship
  • Support exciting HR processes, recruiting topics and ongoing HR and recruiting projects
  • Gain comprehensive insights into operational and strategic HR management
  • Support the recruiting team with daily tasks and projects
  • Assist in the organization, planning and execution of HR and recruiting activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, career fairs)
  • Help prepare employment contracts as well as interim and final employment references/certificates
  • Support the coordination of interviews
  • Actively contribute to active sourcing and accompany the recruiting process from job posting to hire
  • Take on administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
  • Support the maintenance of applicant and HR data and assist with the documentation and preparation of HR and recruiting metrics

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
  • Ideally, first practical experience in operational HR
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • High level of commitment and an independent, goal-oriented, structured way of working
  • Team player with reliability and strong communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English
