About the role

  • Manage the implementation plan and collaborate with the Scrum of Scrums Master to ensure teams meet their objectives.
  • Create roadmaps, manage internal and external stakeholders, and actively participate in committee work.
  • Continuously evolve the tribe's products by incorporating forward-looking developments and trends.
  • Clarify dependencies, prioritize topics, assess risks, and initiate appropriate measures.
  • Support teams through technical coaching to foster their development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics, plus several years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent qualification, and experience leading cross-functional (sub-)projects.
  • Basic technical understanding, extensive knowledge of product and risk management, and ideally experience in a regulatory, agile environment.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, and ideally basic banking/domain knowledge.
  • Business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to produce well-founded decision papers, and to make clear, well-considered decisions independently.
  • Quick comprehension and strategic thinking to recognize connections and rapidly understand complex topics.
