About the role

  • You shape the Tribe's roadmap and ensure that overall delivery capability is maintained.
  • You take responsibility for professional stakeholder management — both internally and externally — and support the teams with your subject-matter coaching.
  • You are responsible for steering the implementation plan and ensuring that the teams in the Tribe achieve their goals successfully and on time.
  • You prioritize topics, identify risks, assess them, and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
  • You actively help develop the Tribe's products, incorporating forward-looking developments and trends.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration (or a comparable qualification) plus many years of relevant professional experience and experience leading cross-functional (sub-)projects.
  • You have a deep technical understanding and several years of hands-on experience in product management.
  • You actively contribute your expertise in artificial intelligence to agile software development and ideally complement this with solid banking domain knowledge.
  • You have fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You convince with your sense of responsibility, strategic foresight, and your ability to perceive connections that enable you to make well-considered, informed decisions.
  • With your creative thinking you develop innovative solutions, think outside the box, and inspire with your ability to present ideas persuasively.
