About the role

  • You will support our team in day-to-day IT operations and assist with maintaining and updating our operational documentation (e.g. DocIT4U) to ensure transparency and quality.
  • You will work in access/authorization management and take on tasks such as creating and modifying user accounts, roles and access rights across various systems.
  • You will accompany recurring operational activities and support ticket management by structuring, prioritizing and tracking requests.
  • You will perform target-vs-actual comparisons, check system and process statuses, and document your findings in a reproducible manner.
  • You will actively contribute to optimization and improvement processes and independently take on smaller analysis and problem-solving tasks in the technical environment.

Requirements

  • You are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
  • You have a strong technical understanding and are interested in IT operational processes, system landscapes and authorization structures.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and Outlook) and are open to learning new tools and documentation systems.
  • You are characterized by an analytical, structured and careful way of working and have very good German language skills (min. C1).
  • You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused and enjoy taking responsibility for clearly defined areas of work.
