About the role
- You attract highly qualified talent for Atruvia. Together with the team, you build a network to ensure the candidate pipeline and further develop our recruiting processes and formats.
- You actively use social media and other modern recruiting platforms and participate in internal and external recruiting and onboarding events (fairs; Atruvia Insights, #Enter).
- You confidently guide your areas of responsibility and candidates through the posting and hiring process.
- Your interviews, which are primarily virtual, are conducted with the aim of assessing not only professional skills but also cultural fit and motivation for the role.
- You enjoy working on internal and external projects, even beyond the boundaries of your immediate responsibilities.
Requirements
- Completed training as a human resources clerk (Personalkauffrau) with several years of relevant HR experience, or a completed degree with focuses in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Psychology and relevant HR experience, or a comparable qualification.
- You have initial experience recruiting in an international context.
- You are strong in communication and conflict handling, have a good sense for people, an interest in assessment diagnostics, and are willing to "ask follow-up questions" to make the best decision.
- You want to take responsibility for tasks and ideas, have a strong customer orientation and the ability to maintain relationship networks.
- You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
