About the role
- Responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong Life Sciences sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects.
- Initiate contact through various outbound channels.
- Set up discovery meetings with potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
- Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Passionate about healthcare and technology
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
- Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
