About the role
- You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action
- You build long-term client relationships, recognize meaningful opportunities, and help shape engagements through insight and credibility, not pitching
- You support and challenge colleagues, contribute to consulting quality, and help grow the maturity of teams and individuals
Requirements
- A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory work
- The ability to deliver complex client work and grow trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in highly demanding, successful organizations
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or developing other consultants
- Native-level German and full professional fluency in English
- Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
