About the role

  • You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action.
  • You build long-term client relationships, recognize meaningful opportunities, and help shape engagements through insight and credibility, not pitching.
  • You take shared commercial accountability for the growth and success of your client portfolio, contributing directly to sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • You support and challenge colleagues, contribute to consulting quality, and help grow the maturity of teams and individuals.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory work
  • The ability to deliver complex client work and grow trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in highly demanding, successful organizations
  • Experience mentoring, guiding, or developing other consultants
  • Native-level German and full professional fluency in English
  • Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
