About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to increase lead-to-enrollment conversion across all channels
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement systems and tools to streamline the admissions and sales workflow
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and track performance metrics
- Coach and support Admissions Representatives and Training Center teams to improve prospect engagement, communication, and follow-up effectiveness
- Create standardized reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, response times, and program sales performance
- Conduct regular reviews of lead management, CRM utilization, and call center effectiveness
- Collaborate with Training Support and Finance teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospective student to enrolled student
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to strengthen sales skills and consistency across locations
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability focused on student success and company growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or process improvement (education or flight school experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated success implementing systems or processes that improved efficiency or conversion performance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
