About the role

  • Assist in analyzing, structuring, and optimizing clinical, administrative, and logistical processes in the hospital setting
  • Support the creation of process maps and as-is/to-be analyses
  • Collect and analyze data (e.g., performance metrics, capacity analyses, flow relationships, occupancy structures)
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings and provide administrative support for project management
  • Maintain and further develop internal methods, templates, and tools
  • Prepare professional presentation and decision-making materials
  • Contribute to the design, preparation, and facilitation support of workshops

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably with a business administration background, health economics, healthcare management, health sciences, or a comparable field
  • Additional qualifications: enjoyment of communication and ability to think in a networked/connected way
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with medical and administrative stakeholders
  • Empathetic mindset and an appreciation of different perspectives
  • Strong willingness to pursue further professional development
  • Interest in data, medicine, business, and architecture
  • Independent, structured, and analytical working style
  • Reliable, team-oriented approach and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Good sense for the content and visual design of presentations
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of data analysis, big-data applications, or planning tools is an advantage
