About the role
- Support HR teams in applying employment law.
- Answer questions related to employment contracts, working time, discipline, incapacity/unfitness for work, absences, etc.
- Ensure decisions are legally sound and prevent legal risks.
- Draft and update employment contracts, contract amendments and HR correspondence.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and contract terminations (dismissals, mutual/agreements to terminate, etc.).
- Handle litigation files: prepare case materials and liaise with external counsel.
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of employee representative elections.
- Support the preparation, meetings and follow-up of works council (CSE) meetings (agenda, mandatory documents, minutes, etc.).
- Contribute to the preparation of collective bargaining negotiations.
- Help secure collective agreements and social negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to social dialogue.
- Analyze changes in statutory law and case law in employment law.
- Disseminate summary notes and update internal procedures.
- Train the HR team on regulatory updates.
- Take part in projects to evolve HR policies (remote work, professional equality, quality of work life, etc.).
- Contribute to the improvement of HR and social processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Master 2 / Bac+5) in Employment Law or Labor Law
- Significant experience in corporate environments undergoing transformation, spin-offs or entity structuring (a plus)
- Proven expertise in the French Labor Code and in drafting agreements
- Familiarity with the new Collective Bargaining Agreement (a plus)
- Ability to independently manage employee representative elections and to participate in complex social negotiations
- Ability to combine legal rigor with an operational mindset to support decision-makers
- Aptitude for project-based work within demanding technical environments, requiring responsiveness and strong synthesis skills
- Ability to communicate and provide training on legal developments
