About the role
- Provide strategic advisory to our clients on SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA, cloud, integration architectures)
- Develop, assess and govern enterprise architectures with consideration for business-critical processes
- Analyze existing system landscapes and derive sustainable target architectures
- Ensure technical governance, architectural standards and best practices
- Work closely with C-level stakeholders, IT leadership and business units
- Support end-to-end transformation programs as an architect, sparring partner and technical lead
- Evaluate new technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, APIs, integration platforms, cloud services) and their potential use cases
- Support pre-sales activities and proposal preparation
Requirements
- University degree with extensive professional experience, or vocational training with many years of relevant professional experience and specialized knowledge
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP Architect, SAP consultant or Enterprise Architect
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and relevant architectural and integration patterns
- Extensive experience in planning and executing large IT transformation projects
- Solid knowledge of modern enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, Zachman)
- Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills at the management level
- Strong strategic thinking and a structured, analytical working style
- Very good understanding of business operations and processes, both internally and at client organizations
- High customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, good judgment, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a strong results- and quality-orientation
- Practical experience with agile methodologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German and English language skills.
