About the role
- Responsible for transforming and optimizing the operational services delivered to our client
- Supporting delivery model transformations
- Implementing and managing knowledge capture and knowledge management tools
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring production processes and associated tooling
- Monitoring service performance and quality indicators
- Managing workload planning and forecasting staffing and skills needs
- Preparing Atos' contributions for various governance and steering committees
Requirements
- Master's degree or engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of IT operations and technologies (monitoring/supervision, scheduling, data flows, systems and databases)
- Familiarity with associated processes (ITIL, SLA/KPI management)
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more people
- Managed projects with outcome-based delivery commitments
- English (read, spoken, written)
