About the role

  • End-to-end responsibility for Data & AI sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for a specialized Data & AI portfolio and manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to close
  • Proactively develop new and existing customers
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities (up to approx. €10M) with a focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction
  • Design and drive transformation projects
  • Collaborate closely with customers to develop innovative Data & AI solutions that measurably improve productivity, innovation capability, customer experience, and risk management
  • Provide strategic advisory at the CxO level
  • Build and maintain robust customer relationships and position yourself as a trusted partner with management and decision-makers
  • Plan and execute targeted outbound activities, events, and campaigns (e.g., partner events, trade shows) to generate new leads and strengthen market presence
  • Work closely with Sales Executives, Business Development, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and partners to develop feasible and robust solutions and roadmaps for customers and to actively shape new Data & AI offerings that influence technological development and market relevance

Requirements

  • Degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 years’ experience selling complex, consultative IT/technology solutions
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships and closing larger deals
  • Strong market and industry knowledge and a reliable professional network
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
  • High initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong closing ability
  • Fluent German and English; willingness to travel
