About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client, their goals and challenges; lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and management
  • Act as a trusted advisor; build resilient relationships at C‑level and with all relevant stakeholders across the client organization
  • Own the entire account lifecycle: from commercial development through service delivery to project implementation
  • Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies; work closely with Account Sales Executives and specialized sales teams
  • Full P&L responsibility, including accurate revenue forecasting and cash flow management

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing C‑level stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills; results-oriented and pragmatic
  • Experience in project and program delivery in client environments
  • Solid understanding of business and technology topics within the relevant industry
  • Ability to simplify complexity and build trust
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, perseverance, and resilience
