About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of the client, their goals and challenges; lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and management
- Act as a trusted advisor; build resilient relationships at C‑level and with all relevant stakeholders across the client organization
- Own the entire account lifecycle: from commercial development through service delivery to project implementation
- Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies; work closely with Account Sales Executives and specialized sales teams
- Full P&L responsibility, including accurate revenue forecasting and cash flow management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing C‑level stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills; results-oriented and pragmatic
- Experience in project and program delivery in client environments
- Solid understanding of business and technology topics within the relevant industry
- Ability to simplify complexity and build trust
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, perseverance, and resilience
