Requirements
- 15+ Years of experience
- Design and Maintain ServiceNow Architecture
- Lead Multi-Module Implementations
- Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and configuration management
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Conduct platform health checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning
- Work closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams.
- Drive automation, implement new ServiceNow capabilities, and stay updated with platform upgrades
