About the role

  • Analyze and document customer requirements regarding PLM processes
  • Develop and align concepts for the design of PLM processes
  • Select appropriate methods and technologies to implement the concepts
  • Implement the concepts using relevant PLM applications and technologies
  • Coordinate all necessary steps closely with clients and partners
  • Take on a subject-matter leadership role with responsibility for project results
  • Project management including coordination and technical guidance of small project teams
  • Support proposal preparation for follow-up projects
  • Deliver talks and presentations to clients and at industry events
  • Active networking, e.g., through social media activities
  • Develop innovative PLM offerings (e.g., Digital Continuity, Mixed Reality)

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in PLM consulting is desirable
  • Professional network and customer relationships
  • Previous experience with Teamcenter
  • Strong IT skills, e.g., object-oriented languages, SOA & REST technologies
  • Experience in process and data modeling, as well as consulting and project methodologies
  • Initiative, analytical skills, result orientation, organizational talent, and quality focus
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in teams and networks
  • Strong customer orientation in projects and business development
  • Enthusiasm for new challenges and continuous learning
  • Excellent German and English skills and willingness to travel within Europe
