About the role
- Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers, helping them with hardware, software, and network issues
- Delivering professional and prompt service to the clients
- Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system
- Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access
- Escalating more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team
Requirements
- Romanian language C1;
- English B2
- Eager to develop through interactions with native speakers
- Just a desire to learn new IT skills
- Strong communication and ability to work well in a team
- Proactive attitude and efficient task management
- On-the-Job Training: Provided, no prior experience necessary
- Willing to work various shifts, including 24/7, hybrid model
