About the role
- Define and execute R&D roadmap for Emergency 911 software products
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle processes including market research and roadmap planning
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, prototyping, and delivering scalable solutions
- Champion AI-powered coding and testing tools to improve product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software product development, including 3+ years in product management or R&D leadership
- Knowledge of Emergency 911 systems, NENA i3 standards, and public safety communications
- Experience with GIS, SIP protocols, and IP-based call routing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
