About the role
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, especially at CXO level.
- Identify and foster relationships with client deal coaches.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Ensure effective qualification of opportunities.
- Assemble and lead internal teams to support business development efforts.
- Develop winning strategies to outpace competitors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong network and relationships at CXO level
- Proven track record of developing business strategies
- Ability to engage with client deal coaches
- Experience in creating Business Development plans
- Strong understanding of industry and competitor landscape.
