About the role
- Own end-to-end financial control, reporting, compliance, and performance management
- Manage monthly close, financial reporting, and statutory compliance (IFRS / Local GAAP)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, collections, and FX exposure
- Ensure strong internal controls, audits, risk management, and governance
- Support commercial decisions, pricing, contracts, and project profitability
- Partner with business leaders and coordinate with Group Finance and auditors
- Lead and develop the finance team and drive process improvements
Requirements

- 8-10 years experience in financial controlling / reporting
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP)
