About the role
- Develop and manage a portfolio of FSI clients (banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, fintechs)
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities (hunting and farming)
- Build and execute the account strategy (Account Plan)
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting and qualification
- Respond to tenders and RFPs/RFIs
- Commercial and contractual negotiation
- Close deals
- Work closely with teams: Delivery, Pre-sales, Recruitment/Staffing, Finance
- Ensure client satisfaction follow-up and revenue growth (upsell / cross-sell)
- Participate in client forums and steering committees
- Conduct market monitoring for the FSI sector (trends, competitors, innovation)
Requirements
- 8–10 years' experience as a Sales / Account Executive in the FSI sector
- Strong experience in complex B2B sales
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CDO, COO, CFO)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Good knowledge of the FSI sector
- Understanding of regulatory issues (optional: PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, AML)
- Knowledge of banking and insurance processes
- Professional working proficiency in English required
