About the role
- LinkedIn Management – Handle content posting and engagement for the Founder (~2 hrs/day)
- Inbox & Calendar Management – Keep communications organized and schedules optimized
- Lead Generation Support – Build lead lists and support HubSpot workflows
- Hiring Coordination – Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and manage follow-ups
- SOP Documentation & Project Tracking – Create and maintain standard operating procedures and keep projects on track
- AI-Powered Execution – Use tools like Claude Code and Cowork to accelerate workflows and move initiatives forward faster
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in an operations, executive assistant, or coordinator role (startup or agency experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience building SOPs or process documentation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management, or content coordination
- Background using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, workflow automation)
- A "get it done" mentality with strong follow-through
