About the role

  • LinkedIn Management – Handle content posting and engagement for the Founder (~2 hrs/day)

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in an operations, executive assistant, or coordinator role (startup or agency experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience building SOPs or process documentation
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management, or content coordination
  • Background using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, workflow automation)
  • A "get it done" mentality with strong follow-through
