Solutions Engineer

• Be the go-to technical advisor for Atomic partners
• Serve as subject matter expert of our Atomic API offerings
• Partner with the Atomic Partnerships team to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across verticals to solve diverse technical and business challenges
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to execute integration solutions
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demos that showcase the value proposition and impact both for partners and their end users
• Drive new customer acquisition and user onboarding by providing technical expertise during the sales process
• Provide technical discovery, qualification, and solution requirement gathering
• Manage a portfolio of Partner implementation projects

Executive Assistant

• Timely and accurate coordination of internal and external meetings, including logistical details, communication, and follow-up
• Coordinate travel arrangements both domestic & international, requiring an understanding of all aspects of each executive's business agenda, as well as personal preferences
• Prepare monthly expense reports, identify, and resolve all discrepancies
• Lead the planning and execution of company offsite, including defining objectives, managing budgets, researching and securing venues, coordinating logistics and travel, overseeing schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience end to end
• Proactively and frequently check in with managers
• Screen communications as needed reading, researching, collecting, prioritizing, and routing correspondence and information with proper level of professionalism
• Accurately update contact information in CRM database
• Maintain and protect confidentiality regarding all aspects of client and company information
• Adhere to company policy while best meeting the needs of executives supported.
