About the role
- Deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Independently lead client engagements from discovery through production deployment
- Execute data workshops, assessments & blueprinting, and platform implementations
- Own technical architecture decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric-native tooling
- Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric (end-to-end platform capabilities)
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory
- Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred)
- Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns)
- Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration
- Proven ability to independently deliver consulting engagements
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills
- Experience leading workshops, assessments, and architecture design sessions
- Ability to operate with minimal oversight after onboarding
- High ownership mentality and accountability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
