• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.

• Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents following ITIL best practices.

• Take responsibility for managing the execution and timely delivery of engagements from start to finish.
• Manage the entire Project Management Life Cycle, including resources, budgets, and project schedules.
• Be held accountable for developing a consolidated view of the project deliverables, milestones, roadmaps, and iterations/sprints/schedules to meet on-time deliveries within the scope and budget, ensuring visibility and the highest client satisfaction.
