About the role

  • Deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Microsoft Fabric
  • Independently lead and deliver billable client engagements
  • Execute Atmosera delivery frameworks including Data Workshops, Assessments & Blueprinting, and Fabric Foundations
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant data solutions
  • Own technical architecture decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and develop Spark-based workloads
  • Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and maintain professionalism

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred)
  • Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns)
  • Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration
  • Proven ability to independently deliver consulting engagements
  • Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading workshops, assessments, and architecture design sessions
  • Ability to operate with minimal oversight after onboarding

  • Databricks, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics experience preferred
  • Certifications strongly preferred: DP-203, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certification, Azure Solutions Architect Expert
