  • Role Overview: As a UX Designer, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences across web and tablet interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product owners, engineers, and healthcare experts to ensure the platform meets real-world needs and delivers a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
  • Proficiency in responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
  • Experience designing for data-heavy applications and complex workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus: Experience with conversational UI or AI/ML interfaces AND Understanding of HIPAA-compliant design principles
