About the role

  • Solution Development: Assist in creating and customizing applications in Power Apps to meet business requirements, especially in CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O) areas.
  • Process Automation: Create and maintain workflows in Power Automate (flows) to automate repetitive tasks and integrate data across different systems (including Dynamics 365, SharePoint and others).
  • Technical Support: Provide first- and second-level support to users for implemented Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with senior analysts and business users to understand and document requirements for new features and improvements.
  • Documentation: Keep technical and user documentation up to date for developed solutions.
  • Training: Support the preparation of training materials and sessions for end users.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of experience (or relevant academic/personal projects) developing on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Power Apps Knowledge: Ability to build applications.
  • Power Automate Knowledge: Ability to create workflows (flows) to automate business processes.
  • CRM Basics: Basic understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service) and/or experience with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service.
  • F&O Basics: Basic understanding of Finance and/or Operations processes (Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory) and/or experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Dataverse knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI for basic reporting.
