About the role

  • Own revenue growth end-to-end. From pipeline to forecast to closing — the numbers are yours.
  • Scale what already works. Take early traction and turn it into a structured, repeatable sales motion.
  • Lead and grow the sales team. Coach our small team and hire the next wave as we scale.
  • Be hands-on where it matters. You’ll still close strategic deals while building systems that scale beyond you.
  • Design and evolve GTM strategy. ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels.
  • Build the machine. Playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear accountability.
  • Partner with leadership. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial strategy and growth decisions.
  • Stay close to the market. Turn customer insights into better positioning and stronger conversion.
  • Develop yourself. This role should evolve to a CRO overtime.

Requirements

  • Scaled B2B SaaS revenue from early traction to ~€10M+
  • Hands-on seller turned sales leader with rolling up your sleeves attitude
  • Track record of hitting goals in hyper growth environment
  • Fluent in English & German; CRM savvy (HubSpot a plus)
