About the role
- You are responsible for product features end-to-end
- You work directly with clients and understand their real needs
- You design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure
- You ensure stable operations, analyze incidents, and implement long-term fixes
- You actively contribute to team processes and help shape our engineering culture
Requirements
- Strong experience in the Django ecosystem (including Django REST Framework, Django Tables, Django Filters)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience operating Django applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, CI/CD)
- Ability to drive features independently from concept to production
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
- Very good German language skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Nice to have: experience with HTMX, event-driven approaches and async task processing (e.g., Celery), knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures
