About the role

  • You are responsible for product features end-to-end
  • You work directly with clients and understand their real needs
  • You design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure
  • You ensure stable operations, analyze incidents, and implement long-term fixes
  • You actively contribute to team processes and help shape our engineering culture

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the Django ecosystem (including Django REST Framework, Django Tables, Django Filters)
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience operating Django applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, CI/CD)
  • Ability to drive features independently from concept to production
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
  • Very good German language skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Nice to have: experience with HTMX, event-driven approaches and async task processing (e.g., Celery), knowledge of multi-tenancy architectures
