About the role

  • Ensure performance objectives are met across all operations in Portuguese, Spanish, and English within the medical area.
  • Develop, coordinate, and respond to requests for information related to healthcare.
  • Handle emails and phone calls from healthcare professionals or patients regarding the use of certain medications.
  • Propose concrete solutions to improve service and client relations.
  • Be on call (prevention) every 4 months.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese (native), Spanish (C1), and English (B2).
  • Higher education degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine (mandatory).
  • Strong interest in scientific research.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
