Construction Manager
AtlasTDIP Construction Manager responsible for managing construction activities for major airport improvement projects. Ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The TDIP Construction Manager shall report to their assigned projects respective project manager and is responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities of the Construction Contractor
- Act as the liaison for pre-construction and construction activities, including leading the safety, security and quality for the assigned programs
- Monitor all on-site field construction activities associated with the completion of the project
- Ensure construction operations follow approved work plans and Area Shutdown Requests (ASRs) and all proper notifications are made
- Work with Construction Contractor and stakeholders to develop the overall planning of construction activities and identify critical milestones and priorities
- Monitor budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $100 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PM Web)
