Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional licensure in civil engineering in LA or ability to secure within 6 months
- 10 years of highway/civil design
- 5 years DOTD project management
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation V8 or AutoCAD required
- Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
- Primavera or Microsoft Project experience a plus
- Proven track record of successful project and client development
- Experience leading a team
- Project management experience on a variety of Federal, State, Parish and City transportation projects and contracts a plus
