About the role
- Lead a defined, outcome-driven engagement in Provider Credentialing
- Conceptualize disruptive, AI-assisted workflows
- Design high-fidelity Figma UI/UX
- Produce engineering-ready artifacts including use cases and workflow narratives
- Review and interpret API documentation from primary credentialing data sources and partner with engineering to ensure implementable AI concepts.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Product Manager in healthcare technology
- Deep, hands-on experience with Health System credentialing operations
- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled enterprise products
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade UX in Figma
- Experience working with agile engineering teams for clean handoff
- Ability to collaborate with data science or AI engineering teams is a strong plus.
