About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) solutions
  • Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate, including approvals and integrations
  • Design and implement data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and connectors
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
  • Provide application support and resolve production issues
  • Follow and contribute to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices
  • Mentor junior developers and review their work as needed

Requirements

  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Must possess and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance
  • 2 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of Power Fx, expressions, and app logic
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse data modeling and security roles
  • Experience integrating data from SharePoint, SQL, Excel, and REST APIs
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure AD) (preferred)
  • Experience implementing Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environments) (preferred)
  • Microsoft certification such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 (preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
