About the role

  • Identify and map potential acquisition targets across the MSP and IT services industry.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential acquisition candidates.
  • Conduct detailed research on MSP companies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive MSP market map.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor acquisitions.
  • Develop market intelligence reports for leadership.
  • Build and maintain Atlas Technica’s M&A pipeline tracker.
  • Prepare briefing materials for leadership outreach to MSP founders and CEOs.
  • Conduct preliminary financial analysis of acquisition targets.
  • Assist in coordinating early-stage diligence.
  • Work on building relationships with investment bankers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong written communication and organizational abilities.
