About the role

  • Identify and target high-value prospects through research, networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and position Atlas Technica as a trusted technology partner.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and compelling proposals that demonstrate business value.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our suite of managed services.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize their investments in IT infrastructure.
  • Represent Atlas Technica at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
  • Leverage market insights to stay ahead of evolving client needs and industry trends.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Sales-oriented role, preferably in a technology or services focused organization.
  • MSP experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or client engagement roles.
  • Experience in a technology services firm or Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving high-end clients is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns, including coordinating corporate events, trade show appearances, or strategic partnership programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications and branding, with familiarity in content creation, public relations, and social media engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present to executives, represent the company to high-profile clients/partners, and build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive mindset — self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams to drive initiatives forward.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and software, including CRM systems, marketing/email automation platforms, social media management tools, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint for high-quality presentations).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
