About the role

  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns segmented by industry and account profile;
  • Build and maintain automation workflows, nurturing sequences, and lead scoring in HubSpot;
  • Create multi-touch campaigns (events, content, pre-sales and sales copy);
  • Develop customized strategies focused on account conversion by industry;
  • Create and manage segmented target account lists (ICP) in partnership with Sales;
  • Develop ABM playbooks for different levels of personalization (1:Many and 1:Few);
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize (A/B tests, segmentation adjustments);
  • Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene;
  • Produce performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Account-Based Marketing in B2B and SaaS companies;
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, lists, lead scoring, reporting, integrations, etc.);
  • Experience with complex sales and long sales cycles (enterprise/mid-market);
  • Strong analytical skills: able to read and interpret data, identify patterns, and make metric-driven decisions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Pre-Sales teams;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing team: events, webinars, content, branding;
  • Owner mindset: autonomy to propose, test, and iterate.
  • **Differentials:**
  • Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks or similar);
  • Knowledge of data enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo);
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations (RevOps) methodologies;
  • Intermediate English or Spanish.
