About the role
- Understand problems through meetings with the product team and stakeholders to align business goals and user pain points;
- Map user journeys and flows, ensuring a holistic view of the products;
- Identify opportunities to improve the product;
- Prototype experiences with high usability while ensuring strong visual quality;
- Actively participate in the maintenance and evolution of the Design System;
- Improve the team’s methodologies and work processes.
Requirements
- Organized and proactive;
- Skilled at facilitating conversations and co-creation sessions;
- Experience translating complex flows into simple, intuitive interfaces;
- Experience maintaining a Design System;
- Experience working in agile environments;
- Empathy to build connections through collaboration;
- Proactive attitude and the ability to influence, negotiate, and mobilize people across different areas.
