About the role

  • Develop high-quality software using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes;
  • Provide technical leadership for squads, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring engineering best practices;
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle;
  • Build tools and applications using clear, efficient code;
  • Automate tasks using appropriate tooling and scripting languages;
  • Review, debug, and test code to ensure quality and reliability;
  • Perform validation and verification testing;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products;
  • Document development phases and monitor systems;
  • Ensure software stays up to date with the latest technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience in the field;
  • Experience developing software using .NET and C#;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB);
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure;
  • Experience using GIT for version control;
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration;
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs;
  • Experience with microservices architecture;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence technical decisions, and foster a collaborative environment;
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
