About the role
- CRM updates (Customer Relationship Management).
- Organization of documents and commercial proposals.
- Support in initial outreach (email, phone, social media, etc.).
- Attend client meetings together with other team members.
- Monitor orders and contracts.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations and other sales documents.
- Assist with interface activities involving other departments (e.g., marketing, product and operations).
Requirements
- Engineering student or technologist in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation and Control.
- Availability for a 24-month internship and able to work 6 hours per day.
- Interest in developing a career in commercial/sales activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Reside in or near Barueri, SP (São Paulo).
- Advanced English; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
